Let me tell you about a precious little boy named Benjamin that I love and admire so very much. His strength and bravery knew no bounds. He gave to us the most precious of gifts, the unconditional love of a child. He came into this world in his own time, in his own way and defied all odds to give us the precious few days to hold him, to love him, and to know him. He is truly the child of our hearts. From his father, he received his good looks and strength. From me, he received his loving and giving nature. Benjamin has touched and enriched so many lives in his short time with us. These gifts he has shared with everyone who has come in contact with him, either directly or through pictures. We will be forever grateful for the time he gave to us.

Benjamin, I will miss you every day of my life. I will love you and cherish you forever. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to know and love you. The happiest day of my life was the day God gave you to us. The saddest day of my life was when we gave you back to Him.
