E-User Tools - E-SpamWe are excited to announce our latest enhancement to Egyptian's E-User Tools, E-Spam. To review our latest features, go to the home page of our web site or login to E-User Tools here. Use your login name and password (Please do not enter your email address as the login name).E-Spam is our newest value added free spam and junk mail quarantine service that allows Egyptian Internet customers to reduce and/or eliminate unwanted and annoying spam and junk mail. By using E-Spam, spam and junk mail will be stopped and quarantined in your own user specific E-Spam mailbox. Your E-Spam mailbox is password protected. To begin using E-Spam, please log in to E-User tools from Egyptian's home page at http://www.egyptian.net. Once logged on, scroll down and click on view/edit filter button under the "Spam Filter" heading option. You will need to select the box for "Comprehensive spam-detecting filter". This account is active once you submit changes. To deactivate E-Spam, just go back to E-Users and turn off the E-Spam feature. You will need to monitor your E-Spam mailbox on a regular basis. E-Spam may quarantine good and/or legitimate E-mail. It is important to review your E-Spam quarantine mailbox through E-User at http://www.egyptian.net regularly. when viewing your messages in your account, you have the option to view, delete, or accept individual quarantined E-mail. View lets you immediately view the message in greater detail, Delete allows you to delete the message immediately, and Accept forwards the message to your normal E-mail account. You also have the option to delete all of the quarantined E-mail at one time by clicking the "Delete all messages" button. If you forget to check your E-Spam, you will receive an E-mail warning when messages in your account are more than 10 days old.
